PA RCT 101 Single Member LLC
LacerteHow do i file a PA RCT 101 for a single member llc?
How do i file a PA RCT 101 for a single member llc?
What I do is pay Lacerte a REP fee and use the C Corp module to do the Pa RCT 101. Note for 1065 (multi-member) the 1065 module has the PaRCT 101. I like using the C Corp module becasue is keeps all my Single member LLC in a neat separate client list., separate from the Multi-member LLC's. Hopefully Lacerte will soon have the Pa RCT 101 in the 1040 module (like thier competitors do).

PS does not include the RCT-101 in the 1040 package, either.
A search on line for RCT-101 finds a PA Dept of Revenue site that downloads the form in .pdf format with active content that lets a person fill the form in in the browser and print it out.
Oh, yes, PA has a lot of fillable PDF forms on their website. So if it galls you to pay Lacerte a REP fee all over again, after you've already paid a REP fee on the 1040 program, you could always create a "99-9999999" corporation and get a free REP to print your calcs on a "demo" return, then do a "fillable form" on PA's website.
I don't recall if it's true with ALL of PA's forms, but at least on SOME of them, I think you can save a filled-in PDF to your hard disk.
