For Corporation returns, go to State & Local and then to the PA Capital/Franchise Tax screen. Enter the appropriate information in the section, Capital Stock/Foreign Franchise Tax.
For Partnership returns, go to State & Local and then to the PA RCT-101 Capital/Franchise Tax screen. Then select the LLC Members button. Enter the appropriate information in the section, RCT-101 Capital Stock/Foreign Franchise Tax.
For S-Corporation returns, go to State & Local and then to the PA Capital Stock/Franchise Tax screen. Enter the appropriate information in the section, Capital Stock/Franchise Tax (RCT-101, Page 2).
