PA-65

ProSeries

When will the pa-65 be approved?

Ask Iva says to go to the agencies' website. Well I went to the PA Depart of Revenue and their PA-65 has been approved since 10-09. Why are you lagging.

I am a new Pro-Series customer this year but myself and many others will be looking for a new tax program next year. I should not have to pay over $1,000 for a program that is not up-to-date when I could pay this much for a program that is. Right now, I give ProSeries two thumbs down!!

Intuit seems to have abandoned the Pennsylvania tax professionals.

They will soon have to find another name for ProSeries.  If they were professional, they would communicate with us and address this issue.

I have been using Proseries for about 8 years and at this point, this will be my last.  We have a huge stack of S Corp returns ready to finalize but can't.  I've called Customer Service 4 times and can't even get anyone to give me an estimate.  I'm actually getting somewhat concerned.

And don't try to blame Pennsylvania or tell me to call Gov. Rendell.  Some other tax software has had PA Corporation forms ready for weeks.

And let's not even get into not being able to efile PA Corporate returns.

I just downloaded the PA Partnership update - the forms I printed look OK so far.  Now I can work through the weekend in an attempt to clear out the back log.
