overdraft bank balance on balance sheet

My company has an overdraft balance in the bank that I want to show as a liability on the balance sheet. How can I get it to show there instead of a negative asset.

You can't.

Your bank account is an Asset Type account and is shown correctly as a negative asset.

Moving your balance to a liability account would make your bank account balance incorrect and you would no longer be able to reconcile it.
