trying to print organizers. Long time user of Lacerte. When selecting "Partial Organizers" I am not given the "When Applicable" option. Just Force or Suppress. How can I only print the forms that were relative to that client for last year? Thx!
Pick either Complete or Condensed. Partial means "I'll tell you what I want."
I seem to recall that you could print only the forms (in the organizer) that applied to your client for the prior year by choosing a "When Appilcable" option??
If you're saying "I thought we could do that in the 2008 package," it doesn't work that way in 2008 Lacerte for me.
Click on Complete Organizers, select your clients, click on Organizer Settings at the bottom left. That's where you say Force / Suppress / When Applicable.
