 lol.  Fake conversation or not, this question generated 2700+ views.  The answer is a good starting point too.  I'll just add that for off-page you need lots of links and keywords in anchor text.  Preferably on high page ranking sites.

For on-site I'll add that unique content is key.  Especially if there is a lot of it, and it is updated regularly.  But yeah.  Have no more than 3% keyword density, otherwise it'll appear spammy, and no one wants to end up in google's sand-box
