Oregon PR Tax Form 132 & hours

I have a client that wants to start using the QB prepared forms for reporting purposes here in the State of Oregon. I tested it out and it looks like it should work well, however there is one glitch that I can't figure out. The hours that need to be reported on FORM 132 for each quarter do not flow through from PAYROLL to the tax FORM.You are able to edit and manually input the hours for each employee, but it seems to me that they should just flow through automatically.Does anyone have any input???

LoraAACPA, from what I can tell, and it is now 7/2011, this has never been corrected in the program. I have to make an adjustment every time I pay the WBF assessment. Maybe someday.

I have my clients manually enter in the hours for the WBFA on the paychecks when they are reviewed before creating. The hours usually will then flow correctly to the form 132. Intuit won't allow you to uncheck payroll items that are not subject to this tax. Since the WBFA is for HOURS WORKED only, you would hope that Intuit would change this payroll item to allow for unchecking payroll items NOT subject to this tax. Let's hope they will get the message soon.
