Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Opening Statement Writer 2012 by non-admin users

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions

Non-admin users receive error message when accessing QuickBooks Statement Writer in 2012

Warning: Only the Admin can start Intuit Statement Writer the first time it is used with a company file.

Please log on as Admin and start Intuit Statement Writer. In the future, any user can start Intuit Statement Writer for this company file

We have logged on as Admin and have opened Statement Writer and non-admin users still receive this message.

How long to exptect to resolve this issue? This is work impacting as the Admin is not in the same building and can't always run this report themselves.
