Online banking transactions not exporting---giving no transactions error

US QuickBooks Premier : 2012: Contractor

My online banking account is telling me there are no new transactions when I try and export them into Quickbooks but I know there are lots of transactions missing. Why would I be getting this error?

Depending on who you are banking with there could be different reasons.  Some banks have a default date set to current statement which needs to be changed to either specific dates or since last download.

If you cannot get it to work your usual way, try to trick the system and ask for a specific time frame.
