After upgrading our modem/router, Online Backup cannot access my company file. The file hasn't moved? It is able to backup other data, but not my quickbooks file?
After upgrading our modem/router, Online Backup cannot access my company file. The file hasn't moved? It is able to backup other data, but not my quickbooks file?
It is hard to say why it isn't backing up. It could be the router is blocking the connection.
