Online Back-up Error: LA2287 - Insufficient Free Disk Space???

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2009

My client is using QB Pro 2009 - the company file is stored on the server. We set-up the Online Back-up. However, everytime it runs we get error LA2287 - insufficient disk space. Yet there is significantly more space than required???? Help??

We had this problem and it has nothing to do with QB it is other stuff on the computer such as to many pictures in a different file somewhere. Or just buy more space from your back-up subscription.
