Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). NYS IT204-LL

ProSeries : 2011

Why didn't NYS IT204-LL print with return and also be included in client letter or in separate letter.

Not sure if you realize, but it is now mandatory to e-file IT-204-LL. That is new for this year. NYS changed the due date for the LLC filing fee from 1/31 to 2/28. I am not sure why it doesn't print with the return, unless you somehow did not have it set to print up when you went through option wizard
