North American based support
QuickBooks Canada : Pro 2012How about brining your customer support to North America? I would pay more for it, or I should say I would pay for it.
I recently cancelled my support subscription because the phone connection to India is always so poor. The customer service reps are hard to understant because of their accents and they get frustrated easily (who can blame them).
Just as another note. Not once was I asked why I was cancelling or if there was anything that could be done to change my mind. This is VERY poor customer service if you ask me. The overall impression that I get from Intuit is that they just don't care.
