Non Profit Invoices

US QuickBooks Premier : 2011: Nonprofit

I am creating an invoice in QB 2011 Premier Non-Profit and it is asking for me to specify a vendor for the Sales Tax Account. I don't have a vendor or see a place to enter one. Any suggestions?

 the state tax agency to whom you remit the sales tax you collect from your customers.

If you use Pro Series Basic I might not be able to help you. If you use Turbo Tax I might refuse to help you. All others, watch out! ;-)

Where do you put it?  I couldn't see any place.  Do you just include a tax rate and have that pull it in?
