Make sure the non-custodial parent gets a 8332 form signed by the custodial parent.

do you guys know if it is mandatory that the custodial parent allow the non custodial parent to claim the child because of the child support he pays because the cp does not plan on signing form 8332 because the child lives with her the whole year
