No check marks show up in PL report for clr column...Why

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

No check marks show up in PL report for clr column...Why
Check register shows the column with black checks (under CLR representing reconciled and cleared) but it does not show black checks under CLR column in reports? Why? If click on individual transaction it will show CLEARED stamp..
How do I get it to showup? If filter by cleared checks nothing will show up either cuz it does not recognize the transactions as cleared checks?

The clearing of the check does not clear the transaction for income and expense reporting. The CLR is reconciliation, to show the balance in the bank account has been matched to the bank statement. Your income and expense account entries are just data. The check is a TRANSACTION and that transaction is cleared or closed (in the case of an invoice or paid bill).
