Are you the admin user of the account? If not that would be why you aren't in the admin login. If you are the admin, you will want to contact our merchant services team @ 800.558.9558 to see why the account you're logged into is not the admin login. Let me know if you have any further questions.
I have been trying to call that number since Friday!!! I just waited 15 mins on hold only to be disconnected??????? What do I do now??? I'm the business owner and the log in a got from the lost user name link is not the admin??????
Hi..........well sat on hold for 20 mins and got my administrator log in. I do not have access to the manage page. I can't get see the shortcuts button! I'm not stupid !

Mike, I apologize for the confusion you are experiencing. I also apologize for our long wait times right now, we are working diligantly to add more people to the phones. Danielle is correct, if you are unable to see GoPayment information in your Merchant Service Center then you are not logged in as the Admin. One way to confirm the admin username is to look at your original GoPayment approval letter. This will show the email address that is the username for the Admin. If you are logged in and unable to see the blue drop down I suspect this is an issue with your browser on your hand held device. I would recommend trying to access the Merchant Service Center from a browser on a computer. I am sorry however only your Admin will be able to invite a user.
I called an made it clear that I needed my administrator log in and password . I was given my e-mail Mike@Appliancepros.biz and was told my password can be reset with the link I was sent. I did make a new password. I logged on an found the "user" button which listed me as admin and another as employee. My orginal administrator name was applianguy but that disappeared when I had to call a few monthes ago to update my bank acct info.
