New Login Site as of 12/4/09

Good afternoon!  I know some of users are having some difficulties with the new login page so I wanted to jump in and provide some information.

QuickBooks Online has a new URL and login page. We are dedicated to continually improving the security of our product and part of this process is the roll out of this newly designed login page located at https://qbo.intuit.com. We wanted to assure you that this new, exciting change is definitely coming from us, your QuickBooks Online team.

Here are a few housecleaning items of which you will need to take note:

1. Bookmark this new login page (https://qbo.intuit.com) so you have an easy way to can get back to it the next time you login. Use the link from the login page, located on the right that says, "Don't forget to bookmark this page!

2. Verify the login name is correct. In some cases, the login is truncated. For example, the login displays John_Doe instead of John _Doe@xyz.com. You can go to https://login.quickbooks.com to verify your login.

3. Allow pop-ups for this new URL. Make sure the new web address (https://qbo.intuit.com and https://quickbooksonline.intuit.com) have been added to the allowed sites for your pop-up blocker. Mac users need to turn off the pop-blocker.

If you have a problem with your login, never fear! You can use either the Forgot your User id? or Forgot your password? links on the login page and that process will prompt the system to email them to you.
