New lead via the ProAdvisor website

How do you accept working with a new lead? The lead has provided specific questions about posting entries in QB 2011. Can anyone recommend how to respond to gain this lead a new clients even if just this one time? I want to help but would also love to get paid for my services. Thanks!

Repy to the email that you can help them and it sounds like it would only take 15 or 30 minutes (or whatever).  Let them know that you could set up a remote session -- would they prefer mornings, afternoons or evenings, etc.
