First, I noticed you guys did cover my requests for a Income List and Custom Emails, thanks for that! I'm sure many are happy. There's a few more requests and issues below. One main important request, DRAFT INVOICES!
For me, I make Estimates and then send for approval. Once approved, they then want me to send a invoice for the first 50%, then either last 50% or 2 more 25% payments. I used to convert to invoice and then duplicate them. Send the first 50% and save the other in DRAFT. Now, it's very hard to remember and I don't want it showing as Inovice Open totals yet.
Also, it'd be nice for a simple drop down to select the type of discount or in the TV/Film industry add a Mark Up. We usually bid for cost and then put in a mark up at the end. Be nice to have the ability to make it a Mark Up and type in percentage. Then Under that, if needed, create another one for First 50%, Last 50% or 25% or Discount. And then clearly read that on the Invoice if we use it. It's very common in my industry and I'm sure many others.
The way it is now is a little crappy. I usually place the Mark-up in a line item up top, then use the Discount bar to make it first or last 50%, even though it doesn't say that.
Hope this helps you figure out what is needed. Also, Quickbooks stopped working in the new Safari. If I hit Caps Lock, it closes my file, etc. Lot of bugs.
Also, in the Send to bar, it'd be nice to be able to list all the different people at a company and then either check their name to send to or write it in. Currently, if I send a invoice to a company, they have different departments under the same company name. In Billing, I use to list them all and just easily select them. Or have it open up in my Mail app so I could easily add them. The way it is now is HORRIBLE and very inconvenient.
Please fix or add these things. Then I can finally recommend this 100% to my industry friends who bid the same way. Your old Free software for Billing was Amazing with all this stuff so it's strange that Quickbooks doesn't do the same things better or at least the same. It's getting there but still crazy to me.

When doing estimates for a company they have multiple salespersons and all have different emails. is there a way to associate emails addresses with the sales rep.
