I just want to say I appreciate the new critical diag regarding is the bank account correct. It should help decrease the deposit in the wrong bank account problems, especially since we are breaking in 2 new front desk people.
I hope the moderators notice a positive comment and appreciate it. I assume the chair and whip are also used on the two new front desk people.
We got spoiled, the front desk lady before them retired. She would go through the address, phone, dependents, and bank account info on the partial organizer and mark any changes in red, if the bank account was correct she put an ok by it. It worked great.
Don't ya just hate changes. How dare someone retire? At least how dare they retire before you?
