need to get full version from download already purchased it but keep getting the free version

US QuickBooks Simple Start

why do i get the free software when i already paid for my own copy. i just downloaded it from the site entered my codes but still get the same. I've reached limit on customers so i cant make new invoices..please assist i need to invoice

If you downloaded from

and it still shows up free then I would call Customer Service to check the codes you are entering.
