When you are in the invoice you can click customize, from there you can click on layout designer, you can add a text box. When you are finished writing , you can put it where ever you want it on the invoice. You do not have to do this every time you make an invoice, the next time you do one click manage templates and select the number that you made the changes to. I hope this helps,

Katherine

I have tried using this text box but it is too small. I basically need an entire page for all my legal terms and conditions. How do I apply this to all estimates?

Hi Brian,

Welcome to the forums!  You can change the size of any text box you add in the Layout Designer.  Just grab the corner of the text box and drag it out to the size you'd like.

Thanks,
Nic

Hi Brian,

I too am new to QB's and have a similar question.  My terms and conditions can be a full page alone.  I don't want to have to send a second doc to my clients.  Can I just add a second page to my estimate template?  If so, how would I do so?
