Need Time Reporting Option to get rid of QB Online

Current client uses QBOnline because they have 50+ off-site employees logging on to enter their hours worked by day.  They need hours by day to run report for commission calculation purposes.  Also need hours by day to generate invoices to client.  Want to get rid of QB Online & looking for other options.  Has anyone use ADP for employees to enter hours directly & then download info into QB?  Other suggestions?
