Need recommendation for best QB (2011 or later) book/video

US QuickBooks Premier : 2011: Professional Services

Can anyone make a recommendation for the best book/video on QB? I need to learn some simple stuff, (I think it is simple - like how to enter cash payments for expenses and have them be credited to my draws account) without having to search for them each time.

Recommendations?
