NEED HELP WITH GJ ENTRIES___NEED TO CHANGE END OF YEAR BALANCES WHERE DO I OFFSET?

i have to adjust several NP accounts at the end of the year to reflect the true balance from the bank...where do i offset the adjustments(GJ entries) I have QB 07
