Need help with card reader

I cannot find an android oor iphone that the card reader you sent me will plugin the jack iis too large for the plug in the phones can you give me some advise on what can I do to process paymennts until I find a phone to make this card reader work?

Both our White and our Grey card swipers fit all iPhones. If you are unable to get the swiper to fit into the audio jack I suspect you are using a thick case. Try removing the case and see if that works.
