I am also having trouble setting up a budget in QBs. I asked it to do a budget based on last years actuals but after looking at the new budget, I cannot determine how QBs calculates the figures. The new budget numbers do not match the actuals and are lower than the actuals. I would think the new budget figures would be higher by some percent.
