Need administrator's permission to back up to CD

All of a sudden when I try to back up QuickBooks Pro 2007 to a CD , it says I need permission from the administrator but I am the admin and only user. Nothing I have tried has fixed this problem. I did not change any settings knowingly.

I've been trying to get some help with this problem from Intuit for a couple of weeks now. I have not received any meaningful help, and the problem is not solved.

I have found an answer finally for this problem, and I want everyone to know in case they are having the same problem. I finally contacted Hewlett-Packard through their FREE LIVE CHAT SUPPORT. They quickly figured out what to do to fix my problem. Go to My Computer, Properties, Recording tab, check Enable CD Recording On This Device, OK. After 3 weeks of trying to get some help from Intuit, another company finally cared enough to figure out the problem.

In giving the fix I found for my problem, I left out a couple of steps. Click start and then My Computer. Right-click the writable drive icon, and select Properties. If a Recording tab is shown, select the Recording tab, select Enable CD recording on this drive, and then click OK.
