Not supported.
(I conclude from the fact that the box isn't where it would be if it were supported, in the drop-down at the top of Screen 1, where you check to e-file Federal.)
Note that it appears, from looking at the ND Tax Commission's website, that they don't support entity efile, either. So the issue is with them, rather than with Lacerte.

The instruction booklet on the tax commissioner website for ND partnership and S-corp tax returns indicates they do accept electronic filings this year. Evidently it is not supported by Lacerte

That's what I get for just looking at the website, and not reading the forms instructions.
I have a use for e-file of those returns, so will chat tech support to put in an enhancement request. If you do that, too, they'll count two votes for it, and the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

Chat says they can't take enhancement requests. It's possible phone support will (which is a bad plan, because it encourages people to call phone support). To vote for it online, click here:
