I'm not exactly sure that you mean by cpp and ei, but generally if all taxes stop computing it is because your subiscription needs to be updated or renewed. What is your subsription status on the payroll center? If it's good, then get payroll updates from the Employees menu and watch for any warnings or errors as you do that. (This all applies to the US version.)
