My Liability report for Florida Unemployment Tax does not match the Automated filled out UT6 form.... why?

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

I have completely audited every employee to check the amounts and do not understand why my report vs the UT6 don't match?  The first quarter report does not match and no wages over $7,000.

You got an unemployment tax rate from the FL Dept. of Revenue sometime in December for 2010. You probably put it into QB. Then in March you got another rate. So all the paychecks you recorded before you knew and could correct the rate to be the lower one in QB have the old, higher amount on them. This is the reason why your first quarter is off. As you put the new rate into QB the form (UCT-6) will show the correct amount but the liability will be off. You can do a payroll liability adjustment for all employees or just leave it as it is.
