Must mail Utah Form 8453?

ProSeries program on the Utah TC-40 says the return is a Utah efiling only and therefore must sign and mail Form TC-8453. But this isn't true I am efiling the federal return as well, but Proseries doesn't recognize this. This must be a program error. I have the efile state return box checked on the federal information sheet. The corresponding box is checked on the state information sheet as well (assume it's picking this up from the federal info sheet). If I uncheck the efile box on the state info sheet I suspect it won't file the Utah return electronically. Temporarily I have over ridden the "Utah return only" box on the Form TC-8453. Is there a solution to this?
