Multi-User Time Out for non use

Unfortunately, not in QuickBooks. That certainly would be a nice enhancement though. If you are worried about security, you can set the screen saver on that particular workstation with a password, but there is no way within QB to log a user off automatically.
This seems like a pretty big security loophole. If you have different security settings for each user, what is the point if another user can just walk up and start using their account?
The problem isn't an issue if everyone has an assigned computer because you can set up a screen saver with login requirements.
The problem is for systems that have multiple users. You could still use the screen saver idea, but if someone tried to login as a different user it would completely close out of QuickBooks, potentially losing any open information.
QB POS has a feature that auto-logs a user out after they complete a sale or after a certain period of inactivity. This wouldn't be that difficult to implement in any version of QB, especially Enterprise.
