Multi Currency Sales Orders Crashing QB Premier 2010
QuickBooks UK : Premier 2012Inputting multi line EUR/USD Sales Orders in QB 2010 Premier causes a 'transaction not in balance' error, crashes the programme and corrupts the data file. Can't print picklist or del notes. System saves the sales order but adds a spurious zero value VAT line inspite of EGZ/E/Z/O code used.
Have tried this in Premier 2012 same problem.
Have tried overwriting the sales line extension values and changing exchange rate to avoid 3 or more decimal places in GBP value. No luck.
Wierdly, once invoiced and all sales orders (manually) deleted the data corruption is fixed.
Seems to indicate some sort of 'circular reference' error between the currency and VAT calculation?
