Our Company has 2 single user license. At present we are using quick books 2010 pro version and installed on a pc and database is running locally.

Go to the help menu in QuickBooks and , on the search tab, type in network. THis will bring up a list of topics that will help. There are detailed instructions to set up the program to act on the server. You do not need another QB license to install the service manager on the server. When done, you can use the program in multi-user mode and have access from both computers.
