I would like to equip my staff with tablets to perform invoicing and estimates in the field. Can permissions be set for the current QB mobile app? The staff does not need to know a customer's outstanding balance and I don't want the staff to have a access to the full customer list other than searching for customers one at a time to protect our customer list. Is there a way that a scaled back version can be made available for this basic purpose? Also can you provide the ability for the current version and scaled back version to type an invoice number into the app?
