Missing W2 info.
ProLine Tax OnlineI just entered 3 W2 forms for which one of them had an empty boxes on 1,2,and 15 thru 20. And, there was no generated IT201 form for the state of New York, however i do see the 1040. Please advise

First of all, make sure that New York is entered in the Client Information screen. At the very top, make sure it shows Federal and New York. If not, press "Add new State" and add New York. Then, in the W-2 screen, make sure that the wages are sourced to New York. If New York is the only state, then they will automatically be sourced to NY.
Go to Check Results and in the left column, make sure that the NY Tax Forms appear. Clicking on that will show the forms that generated based on your inputs.
