More information would be nice.

What was the cause of the problem?

What is the ETA for when our recurring payments will be back?

How is Intuit going to compensate us for lost revenue?

Hi abiley215,

I don't know what the cause of the problem was/is.  My understanding is that the recurring payments did occur, but that for some users, they can't be seen.  My best advice is to call the number listed in the post and speak to an agent with more information than I possess.

Steve,

I've called the number every day since the 1st and they always tell me someone will call back and they haven't yet. My payments are not being processed and none of them show up online.

How can Intuit claim this is fixed when it clearly isn't?

What is intuit going to do as far as compensation goes?

Steve....nothing personal....but that is a pretty lame answer.  In your first post, you declare that "We have identified and fixed the problem"... then you say "I don't know what the problem is".  Well...which is it?   My Recurring Payments screen is still BLANK.  It should have 1000+ entries there.  4th day with no solution....despite your posts.

Steve,

I just spent another hour on hold with technical support. They were unable to help in anyway other than to say the problem was with Tier 2 Support. They do not have an ETA on when my problem will be resolved and could offer no guidance. This is going on 3 days now with Intuit barely acknowledging there is a problem.

Claiming it is fixed is useless if it's not and it's clearly not otherwise your tech support could provide me an ETA when it would be back.

same situation, spending an hour on the phone daily with Intuit to get info, still nothing.  Intuit does say not to manually rekey the recurring, because IF and WHEN they correct it would cause duplicates.

I'm stuck with this Recurring payment blank screen for the past 3 weeks, spend almost everyday about an hour on the phone and nothing is being done so far, what a shame

I am also missing my recurring payments and need to delete some and edit some others. Any resolution to this issue??? I'm on the phone waiting for Tech Support now.  So frustrating, but not surprising.... after all, it's Intuit.

Technical Support fixed my issue over the phone, at least for now.  Since I am still using Quickbooks Pro 2008, they had to turn off the Credit Card Processing feature within Quickbooks for my account so I could login using the web-based Merchant Center portal where I have my recurring payments setup each month.  Once they did this, they appeared so I could delete some and edit the others.  Hope this will work permanently until I just absolutely have to spend the $200 and upgrade to 2011. :)
