Missing Reconciliton item

US Intuit Online Payroll

i am showing the amount of something i need to reconcile but can't find the item to check off. It was a check that cleared and then we found out was stolen and voided it out. The amount from the check appears on the reconciliation that I am currently in but I can't find it to click on. What should I do?

i think what you are saying is that the item appears on the bank statement but not in QB. if i am correct, do a search on the dollar amount and see if it appears anywhere in QB. if it does not, you never entered it, or you deleted it. it has to be re-entered.
