MERGE ACCOUNTS
we have duplicate multiple accounts with different heading ie. Finance Div Acc Payable: and the original PCUD Utilities Bldg: can these be merged without duplication?

Usually yes, but it depends on your entries, back up your file then merge the accounts and check your reports, if something happened that is wrong restore from back up and find the cause
