Memorized reports
I have memorized reports in the list, but when I try to run them the following month, they do not execute, nothing is there?

Does anyone have an answer for this? I just experienced it this morning. A couple of my memorized reports no longer work and they did last month. Please help.




Check the date range on your memorized reports before running them. If they worked last month, this is likely to be the issue.
Corae......That doesn't work - it give me nothing. Not even a blank report shows up. The cursor goes to an hourglass for a sec or two and then nothing....I'm still on the same page I was on. Then I tried going into running multiple reports and put dates in that area and same thing happens....nothing.....




OHare, you did not say which version of QB you are using. Are you also on Enterprise Solutions? Which version and release? Did you recently download a new release?
Are you on a standalone computer or on a network? Do you have reporting permissions? All I can think of is that SOMETHING must have happened between the time when you could run the reports and now. It may involve some change that you made to your data that would make the report "hang", such as reporting on a specific item and deleting the item after creating the report. Did you try to create a new report, memorize it and run it? If it does not work, then you may want to re-post your question where it can be reviewed, and hopefully answered, by tech support.
