may I retreive customer accounts by zip code?

Yes and No. Go to your customer center and type in a zip code and it will let you find every customer with that zip code. If you want to make a report based on customers with that zip code it is tricky and nearly impossible if you have lots of clients. If you have a few clients and want to detailed report based on zip code you are going to have to make a custom field and type in that zip code for every client that you have. Then you are going to have to create a custom report based on that list in the "lists" section of the report center. Include the custom field by clicking modify report and then export the report to excel and sort it. But ya, Yes and No. You can search by any of default fields in the customer center (location, zip code, name, city, state, name) but its making reports that you have to decide what you are going to use for your custom fields.
