Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Match Online Banking Download with an existing account

QuickBooks Canada : Premier 2012

I just activated the online banking feature.  Upon downloading the transactions from my financial institution, quickbooks was able to recognise our primary Canadian account, but is not matching up the US one.  How to I associate the downloaded transactions with a pre-existing account in Quickbooks?
