Manually create W-2
Somehow an employee's two paychecks were deleted from my system so QB did not create a W-2 for her. Is there a way to create W-2 manually?

If the paychecks were deleted, your payroll checking account and several other accounts are incorrect. Enter the original payroll checks using the original dates. That will give you a W-2 for the employee and you will have a correct set of books.
