Yes I use it all the time. I use Parallels to run both Windows XP and Windows 7 with various versions of Quickbooks and it works very well. You can even use the Windows version of QB in a multi-user environment, and stay on your Mac for everything else. Like most software this works much faster if you have ample RAM and disk space.

Be advised, however, that Intuit will not support operation under Parallels or VMWare Fusion. They will support a Boot Camp environment (because it's a full Windows system), but all that rebooting between Windows and MacOS would be a waste of time.
That's good to know too. I'm choosing to run Quickbooks on Windows due to the expensive payroll service that the Mac version offers and also not being able to create an accountants copy. Those are just two services that I can't give up.
