Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). LOUSY service from India outsourcing

Intuit again started using India to register and other tasks. The service is terrible, you can't understand the indian agent and everything Gets mess up. PLEASE COME BACK TO USA.

They are also quite rude.  I don't think they mean to be, I think it is a cultural thing.  They become argumentative when they don't understand the problem, and do not have the service mentality that American based service personnel have.  We all understand cost control, but when you allienate your customer base in the process it is not well advised.  Perhaps Intuit will come to its senses as so many other companies have done.

 Billing Solutions is also in India.  Merchant services seems to be in USA, and they are always able to address any concerns.  But most of my issues are with the Billing Solutions service and nothing against India, but they are NEVER able to help.  Nevermind their poor grasp of english dialect.

I just spent the better part of a day dealing with tech support, time,  I can never get back!!!  I even called back to get an email address to file a complaint and was told I would need to talk with a supervisor over the phone.  I don't have time for this.  Not to mention trying to understand anyone is a joke.  What has happen to customer service?

I too have had nothing but trouble every time I have to call billing solutions. If there was any alternative that was inexpensive and had good customer service they would make a fortune.

Our company has been on the phone over 6 hours today trying to solve a licensing problem for Intuit Statement Writer.  And YES I keep asking for a supervisor who's in the United States.  It doesn't help!  Granted you may have to pay more for US labor but 6 hours on the phone is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!

Hey POSBob, The last time I was on with your customer service I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they do not do that. The exact words were, "We do not do that, we will handle it." You must have recordings of the frustration your customers feel when dealing with this outsourced call center. It must be unbeleivably cost effective for Intuit for them to continue using the outsourced service at the expense of your customers satisfaction.

Service is about worse I have ever seen.  I pay for support and still can't get help.

Takes minimum 15 minutes to get to right place, after being transfered many times.

I will not let them have access to my computer, because of the mess they make and I have to spent big to get my computer repaired
