You can use Windows Live Messenger website form. It is free and nicely done if you have only one support representative. No any additional scripts or framework are required on the website page. It puts only a javascript code to open a pop up and flying messenger window. Or a static messenger box can be easily intergrated to a HTML page with a different design colors and even languages! On the support side you should use a standard Windows Live Messenger application.

Selection of such a software could be very annoying if you are not fully aware of your needs and requirements. Everybody has a suggestion so I have one too.
