Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Looking for CRM Software

Does anyone have any experience with any of the CRM products that integrate with QuickBooks? I'm looking for feedback on pluses and minuses of the various products. I saw several at the QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions User Conference last week.I want to integrate QuickBooks and Microsoft Outlook with the CRM system.Legrand looks very interesting - unfortunately at this time they don't support Vista and I need to work in that environment.I have information on Rave, Maximizer and Oasis.Any comments?

I would highly recommend Legrand CRM - it is truly an amazing program and very easy to and set-up. They also have great customer support.

There are some case studies at www.4luvofbiz/legrand.html that you might find helpful.

Thanks, but they don't support Windows Vista, which is one of the requirements I listed. I talked to Alain Legrand at the QBES User Conference, and he says that will not be ready for several months AT LEAST, maybe more.

I will be installing Oasis in my own office, and a client of mine is also installing Oasis in his office....

Will know more in a couple of months...

I am impressed with Oasis "flexibility" as I have asked for two different types of proposals, neither similiar, both requests/expectations were exceeded..

What is your cost on Oasis, if you don't mind my asking? I haven't seen details on that.

Both of my proposals came in around $ 5K
What I get:

1) a web-based application
2) a database that combines "online" sales and "off-line" sales

(I wanted to be able to see a complete sales history (whether my client bought thru my shopping-cart system or over the phone)

3) CRM capabilities

As a former IBM exec and Ernst & Young consultant, I have used many CRM systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, SugarCRM, Salesforce.com and Zoho). For the small biz on a tight budget that needs something simple yet customizable, I would recommend Zoho CRM. If you want more features and have a few more bucks, I'd suggest Salesforce.com. They are both SaaS or On Demand/hosted apps so they are the wave of the future. Also easy to migrate to SF and Zoho. Hope this helps.
