Looking for CPA with experience in global Software/IT companies (Offices in US and India)

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2008

I am owner of a small software company. We use quickbooks for accounting. I am looking for a CPA - with experience in software or IT businesses will be great. We also have a sister company in India - any experience in similar global IT will be great.

We have a patented software, and also conduct some research. Any experience in accounting of Intellectual Property will be very helpful.

I do the accounting, tax, payroll, and CFO duties for two software companies. One of them is involved in providing software to the marketing research industry as well as survey programming, online panels, and other research support including research companies in India. Very familiar with the uniqueness of software business and issues around IP, especially in services to the global research industry. Been with them for 7 years since day one.
